I started this blog, with a force and momentum. I knew what I wanted to accomplish and stayed on track. But it got tough to keep up. Its work, more work than I realistically had time for on top of everything else. I tried staying on top of it, but I failed. In part. I've taken a step back and reorganized because, Eric Ries was right. "If you cannot fail, you cannot learn".
Its true in everything. I've failed more times than I can count but its propelled me forward because I want to get better; I don't want to fail again. Think of how your fails have led you to learn. Did you suck at a sport but recognize that concentration on why exactly you're sucking, paired with practice, launch you into that sweet spot? How about school? Maybe in a different perspective you failed at math but it taught you to focus on your creative side. We've all had styling fails, (que all the bad outfit photos) but now I bet you have a handle on what clothing works best on your body.
The point is..without failure, we don't aim to learn. We learn because we don't want to fail again, we naturally want to succeed. You have to be thankful for all the fails, they make you, you, and give you an edge up on someone who has not yet failed at what you have.
